Cancellation Policy

Double Float - float in the same pod/pool. Please book 2 single floats if you both would like to float in 2 different pods or pools. No admission: open wounds (including psoriasis), recently (within 2 weeks) dyed hair, active diarrhea or mensuration, contagious diseases. Must be accompanied by an able adult: sleep apnea with potential breathing obstruction, age 12 or under, handicapped, behavior/emotional issues, late term pregnancy. Please consult your doctor prior to booking if you have any medical concerns. We are not a medical provider. 24-hour advance rescheduling. No cancellation. Packages are valid for 1 month, and Subscriptiond are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can share your plan with friends and relatives, provided you alert us of the name of the third party using your package/plan. Please do not eat a big meal or conduct rigorous exercises immediately before the float session.
